Annoyed with Skype. You can buy credits to make calls to phones, but if you don't use them up Skype keeps your money. Seems wrong to me. They should ask if I want it back or to extend, and if I don't reply they can keep it. Reminds me of Kodak Easyshare deleting all my pics permanently for not buying something in too long. They lost my business forever that day.
